Peryn partner terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026. Version 1.0.
These partner terms are an agreement between you and Extra Watts B.V. (Herengracht 420, 1017 BZ Amsterdam, Netherlands; KvK 75938650), which runs Peryn. They add to our terms of service, which also apply. Where the two differ on what you earn for serving AI requests, these partner terms apply.
1. What you do
You run one or more GPU nodes with our node software. When we approve a node, our router sends it AI requests, and your node serves them. You keep your nodes running, secure and up to date, and you follow our acceptable use policy and our data processing terms for operators.
2. What you earn
2.1 Revenue share. For each request your approved nodes serve, you earn a share of what the customer pays for the tokens. Your share is shown on your partner dashboard (signed in at app.peryn.ai, Earnings). Unless we agree otherwise in writing, it is 80%. We work it out per request from the exact price of the tokens and round it down to the micro-USD.
2.2 Requests nobody pays for. For requests from our free chat allowance, our test requests and our test traffic, you earn the same share of our list price for the tokens. We pay it.
2.3 Launch bonus. While our launch bonus runs, you also earn 0.20 USD per 1 million tokens your approved nodes serve, up to 1,500 USD per partner. The bonus on a request is never more than half of what the customer paid for it, and never more than our share of that payment; for our own test requests we count our list price as paid, and free chat requests earn no bonus. The programme has a total limit and a daily limit. We work it out once a day for the day before. We may end the launch bonus at any time, or change its amount or its limits, for days after the change.
2.4 What does not count. You earn nothing for:
- requests your own account sends to your own nodes;
- requests served while a node is not approved, is suspended, or is set to pool only;
- requests that break our terms or our acceptable use policy, or that we reasonably believe were generated to earn the share or the bonus;
- requests sent to your nodes from another account you control or act together with, including free chat accounts.
2.5 Token counts. Our gateway counts the tokens. Its count is the one we use for customers and for you.
3. How you are paid
- We pay weekly, in USD as a USD stablecoin (USDC on Base), to the payout address you set in the miner portal. The minimum payout is 10 USD; below it, your balance carries over.
- A person at Peryn reviews every payout batch before it is sent.
- Before we pay you: your email address must be verified (you signed in with an emailed link), you must have accepted the current version of these terms, and you must pass our sanctions screening (section 4).
- Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. Check your payout address. We are not responsible for a payment sent to the address you gave us.
- If we pay you more than you earned, for example by paying a batch twice, you return the excess when we ask, or we deduct it from your next payouts.
4. Screening
We screen payout addresses against sanctions lists and check where your nodes run. We do not pay partners in, or nodes located in, countries under comprehensive sanctions, and we may hold a payout for review for other countries. We may ask you to verify your identity and location. We may withhold or refuse payouts, and end these terms, where sanctions or export-control laws require it.
5. Changes
We may change your share, the launch bonus or these terms. We tell you at least 30 days in advance on your partner dashboard and by email, unless a change is needed sooner by law or for security. A change applies to requests served after it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop serving requests and end these terms (section 6).
6. Ending
You can end these terms at any time by removing your nodes or telling us. We can end them with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach. We pay what you earned up to the end, after our usual review and screening.
7. Confidentiality
Your share and the launch bonus terms are confidential between you and us. Do not publish them.
8. Tax
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may need information from you to meet our reporting duties.
9. Law
Dutch law applies. The courts of Amsterdam decide disputes, unless the law gives you the right to another court.
